MY APPROACH

What does it mean to reclaim sensitivity?

We develop a dexterity for working with big feelings and sensations. We safely go in to the physical experiences of joy, sadness, pleasure, and anger rather than the stories about them. ​

What does the process look like?

​Each person's treatment looks different, but expect a blend of somatic work, meditation, breathwork, and movement. 

​

What does reclaiming sensitivity feel like?

Horrible! Wonderful! Magical. 

 

What are the benefits of reclaiming sensitivity?

Energy is flowing. The heart is open. Connection and intimacy become possible. Life starts to feel sexy. You will feel closer to yourself. Deep access to joy, heartache, love, beauty, creativity.
